I have been working as a Professional Software Developer since graduation.
(My programming background has roots tracing back to the commodore-64 days)
Programming is my passion.

I have been working in the Casino Gaming Industry for 17+ years.
As a software developer I haved worked in I.T. departments, as an embedded software engineer,
as a web developer for the hospitality industry, as a Director of Product Development,
and I am currently employed as a Senior Director of Engineering and Platform Architecture.
I have dedicated my career to developing top quality software.

Along the journey I have seen poorly written software, I have seen poor development practices (including none).
I have seen some disastrous outsourced software messes, and have been involed with numerous projects regarding
the refactoring, re-engineering, and total re-development of those projects involving offshore development.
From my experiences I have learned great software practices and have been part of many successful projects.
I am convinced that there is no better software than that developed in the good ol U.S.A by a passionate programming team.
As a Senior Director and Development Lead of big projects I can tell you from experience that
